Hazard / Symptom

After eye contact Irritations.
After swallowing irritations of mucous membranes in the mouth, pharynx, oesophagus and gastrointestinal tract. Swallowing causes nausea and vomiting.
The following applies to trivalent antimony compounds in general after uptake and absorption as a result of misuse or improper handling, drop in blood pressure, hepatotoxic effect, in some circumstances myalgia, dyspnoea, dermatitis. drop in blood pressure , cardiac dysrhythmia

First aid
FIRST AID
After inhalation fresh air. Summon doctor if necessary.
After skin contact wash off with plenty of water. Remove contaminated clothing.
After eye contact rinse out with plenty of water with the eyelid held wide open. Summon eye specialist if necessary.
After swallowing make victim drink plenty of water, induce vomiting, summon doctor. Laxative: Sodium sulfate (1 tablespoon/1/4 l water).
