Hazard / Symptom
Hazard	May cause cancer. May cause heritable genetic damage. Extremely flammable. Also toxic by inhalation. Irritating to eyes, respiratory system and skin.
After inhalation	Irritations of the mucous membranes, coughing, and dyspnoea. Irritations of mucous membranes in the mouth, pharynx, oesophagus and gastrointestinal tract. Nausea, vomiting Inhalation may lead to the formation of oedemas in the respiratory tract.
After skin contact	burns Danger of skin absorption.
After eye contact	Burns. Risk of blindness!
After absorption of toxic quantities	CNS disorders , headache , narcosis , cardiovascular disorders , changes in the blood picture

Protective equipments / General working measures

Avoid exposure - obtain special instructions before use. In case of accident or if you feel unwell, seek medical advice immediately (show the label where possible).

Person-related precautionary measures	Do not inhale vapours. Ensure supply of fresh air in enclosed rooms.
Procedures for cleaning / absorption	Stop flow of gas, move leaking cylinder to open air if without risk. Do not inhale vapours.

First aid

After inhalation	fresh air. If necessary, apply mouth-to-mouth resuscitation or mechanical ventilation. Immediately summon doctor. Keep airways free.
After skin contact	wash off with plenty of water. Remove contaminated clothing.
After eye contact	rinse out with plenty of water for at least 10 minutes with the eyelid held wide open. Summon eye specialist.
