Hazard Highly flammable.
After contact with substance skin lesions Degreasing effect on the skin, possibly followed by secondary inflammation.

Keep container in a well-ventilated place. Keep away from sources of ignition - No smoking. Do not breathe vapour. Do not empty into drains. Take precautionary measures against static discharges.

Accidental release measures / Fire-fighting measures
Person-related precautionary measures Do not inhale vapours/aerosols. Ensure supply of fresh air in enclosed rooms.
Procedures for cleaning / absorption Take up with liquid-absorbent material (e.g. Chemizorb® ). Forward for disposal. Clean up affected area.
Environmental-protection measures Do not allow to enter sewerage system; risk of explosion!
Suitable extinguishing media Water, foam, powder. Fire extinguisher: carbon dioxide , powder , water

First aid
FIRST AID
After inhalation fresh air. If necessary, apply mouth-to-mouth resuscitation or mechanical ventilation. Summon doctor.
After skin contact wash off with plenty of water. Remove contaminated clothing.
After eye contact rinse out with plenty of water with the eyelid held wide open.
After swallowing Avoid vomiting. Risk of aspiration! Subsequently administer: Paraffin oil (3 ml/kg). Summon doctor. Gastric lavage: only in cases of emergency and with utmost caution. No milk. No digestible oils. No castor oil.
