Hazard / Symptom
Hazard Reacts violently with water. Harmful by inhalation and if swallowed. Causes burns.
After skin contact Burns.
After eye contact Burns.
After swallowing irritations of mucous membranes in the mouth, pharynx, oesophagus and gastrointestinal tract. After inhalation: Irritations of the mucous membranes, coughing, and dyspnoea.
Systemic effects agitation, spasms , cardiovascular disorders , CNS disorders
Additional informations The data available to us do not suffice to permit any industrial-toxicological assessment. Effect of the decomposition products.

Protective equipments / General working measures

NO SMOKING
Do not breathe dust. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice. Wear suitable protective clothing, gloves and eye/face protection. In case of accident or if you feel unwell, seek medical advice immediately (show the label where possible).

Suitable extinguishing media In adaption to materials stored in the immediate neighbourhood.
Extinguishing media not to be used water
Additional informations Take up with liquid-absorbent material (e.g. Chemizorb® ). Forward for disposal. Clean up affected area. Do not inhale vapours.

First aid
FIRST AID
After skin contact wash off with plenty of water. Dab with polyethylene glycol 400. Immediately remove contaminated clothing.
After eye contact rinse out with plenty of water for at least 10 minutes with the eyelid held wide open. Immediately summon eye specialist. After inhalation: fresh air.
After swallowing make victim drink plenty of water, avoid vomiting (risk of perforation!). Immediately summon doctor.
