วัตถุประสงค์:   

1. เพื่อเสริมสร้างความเข้าใจในระบบ GHS และสามารถจำแนกความเป็นอันตรายของสารเคมีตามระบบ GHS ได้
2. เพื่อให้สามารถตรวจสอบความถูกต้อง สอดคล้องกันของข้อมูลใน เอกสารข้อมูลความปลอดภัย (SDS) ได้
3. เพื่อให้สามารถจัดทำ SDS ได้อย่างถูกต้องตามระบบ GHS

เหมาะสำหรับ: ผู้ผลิต ผู้นำเข้า ผู้จัดจำหน่าย หรือผู้ส่งออก สารเคมี ผลิตภัณฑ์หรือสินค้าที่มีสารเคมี ซึ่งต้องจัดทำเอกสารข้อมูลความปลอดภัย (SDS)

1. ความรู้เบื้องต้นเกี่ยวกับระบบ Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals (GHS)

• ความเป็นมา
• องค์ประกอบของระบบ GHS

2. การจำแนกความเป็นอันตรายของสารเคมี – Chemical hazards classification –

• ประเภทความเป็นอันตราย
• การจำแนกความเป็นอันตรายและฉลากของสารเคมีตามระบบ GHS

3. การจัดทำ SDS

• SDS คืออะไร มีลักษณะอย่างไร
• แหล่งสืบค้นข้อมูล

4. ฝึกปฏิบัติการจัดทำ SDS

Duration: 12 hours of lecture and practice (2 days)

Objective:

1. To enhance understanding of the GHS and to be able to classify the hazards of chemicals according to the GHS.

2. To be able to examine the accuracy of data in Safety Data Sheets (SDS).

3. To be able to create SDS correctly according to GHS.

Suitable for: 

manufacturers, importers, distributors or exporters of chemicals, mixtures or products containing chemicals who must provide safety data sheets (SDS) to their customers.
