EU's specific concentration limits?
I am working on a Thailand SDS for a mixture containing
1-Methyl-2-pyrrolidinone (CAS 872-50-4) at 3%. This substance is
classified as R61 under the EU DSD, but there are specific concentration limits that state that the R61 classification only carries through if present above 5%, so the mixture is not classified in the EU.

Does Thailand recognize the EU's specific concentration limits? Or does the usual DSD limit of 0.5% for R61 apply ? Please advise. Thank you very much.
