เนื่องจากบริษัทจะนำเข้าสารเคมีหน่วงไฟ Flame Retardant แต่ supplier ให้ MSDS มา แต่ไม่ระบุ CAS No ไม่มี spec 100% ใน MSDS ระบุมาให้ตามภาษาอังกฤษที่แนบ โดยรวมแล้วใน MSDS แจ้งว่าไม่ใช่สารอันตราย (free boric acid, below 5.6% as per the required EU regulation) our product is not classified as hazardous substance แบบนี้ยังต้องหารือไหมคะ

3. COMPOSITION/INFORMATION ON INGREDIENTS
Hazardous components within the meaning of Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008, Annex VI, Part 3, Table 3.2:
Boric Acid EC 233-139-2, CAS 10043-35-3; Product contains less then 5,5% free Boric Acid, H360FD (CLP), Repr.Cat. 2 or R60+R61, Final product is not to be considered a hazardous preparation according to current EU regulations.
